Harbor at dawnnnnnz
By Ada Moreno ·

The first boats go out around five. By the time the sun clears the breakwater, most of the fleet is a line of dots on the horizon and the harbor is quiet again.
What to bring
- A warm layer, even in September.
- Something to sit on. The concrete stays cold until mid-morning.
- Patience. The best light lasts about ten minutes.
Getting there
Park by the old customs house and follow the harbor path east. The walk to the lighthouse takes twenty minutes at an easy pace.
